The following people are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Activ Board members, Executive Managers, ticket fulfillment staff and employees associated with the lottery draw. Any family members of the above residing at the same address are also prohibited from purchasing tickets.

Activ Foundation’s management reserves the right to refuse a purchase from a person or person(s) deemed to not be acting in the best interest of the organisation, without notice or explanation.

A valid ticket holder is eligible to participate in the Activ Better Odds Lottery and win a prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, as required if they are drawn as a prize winner.

Winners are responsible for claiming their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of the prize pool is $210,000.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years, or older and cannot purchase a ticket under the name, or for a minor.

Maximum number of tickets in the draw 16,500. All tickets $25.

Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor and this process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.

The records held by Activ shall be deemed correct and final.

SUPER EARLY BIRD PRIZE:

The Super Early Bird Prize winner will win a holiday for two to Mauritius valued at $10,000 from Travel and Sports Australia or $10,000 cash.

Should the holiday be selected, arrangements between Travel and Sports Australia or Activ Foundation and the Super Early Bird Prize winner will commence immediately after the draw. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months. All services are subject to availability at the time of purchase and are based on costs for low season travel for the chosen destination.

Should the cash option be selected, a bank deposit will be made to the ticket name holder for the $10,000 cash prize. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ representative.

Only tickets purchased before midnight, Wednesday, 23 October 2024 are eligible for the Super Early Bird prize. Each ticket purchased before the Super Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Early Bird Prize and Grand Prize. The Super Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Early Bird and Grand Prize draws.

EARLY BIRD PRIZE:

The Early Bird Prize winner will win a trip for two to 2025 Superbowl LIX in New Orleans valued at $60,000 from Travel and Sports Australia.

Arrangements between Travel and Sports Australia and the Early Bird Prize winner will commence immediately after the draw. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months. All services are subject to availability at the time of purchase and are based on costs for low season travel for the chosen destination.

Only tickets purchased before midnight, Wednesday, 27 November 2024 are eligible for the Early Bird prize. Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Grand Prize. The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Grand Prize draws

GRAND PRIZE:

The Grand Prize winner will win the choice between a Mercedes Benz-AMG GLC 43 SUV, trip for two to visit the Seven Modern Wonders of the World or $140,000 cash.

Should the Mercedes Benz-AMG GLC 43 SUV be selected, arrangements between the Prize Suppliers and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to arrange delivery of the prize. The vehicle includes all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance.

Should the holiday be selected, arrangements between Travel and Sports Australia and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately after the draw. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months. All services are subject to availability at the time of purchase and are based on costs for low season travel for the chosen destination.

Only tickets purchased before midnight, Wednesday, 27 November 2024 are eligible for the Early Bird prize.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW: Tuesday, 24 December 2024

Tickets purchased after the Early Bird sales close and before the final ticket sales close at midnight, Friday, 20 December 2024 are eligible to win the Grand Prize.

All winners will be published on activbetteroddslottery.com.au within 48 hours of all draws being completed.
