The following people are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Activ and genU Board members, Executive Managers, ticket fulfilment staff and employees associated with the lottery draw. Any family members of the above residing at the same address are also prohibited from purchasing tickets.

Activ Foundation’s management reserve the right to refuse a purchase from a person or person(s) deemed to not be acting in the best interest of the organisation, without notice or explanation.

A valid ticket holder is eligible to participate in the Better Odds Lottery and win a prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, as required if they are drawn as a prize winner.

Winners are responsible for claiming their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of the prize pool is $165,000.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years, or older and cannot purchase a ticket under the name, or for a minor.

Maximum number of tickets in the draw 14,500. All tickets $25.

Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Department of Racing, Gaming and Liquor Commission and this process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.

The records held by Activ shall be deemed correct and final.

SUPER EARLY BIRD PRIZE:

The Super Early Bird Prize winner will have the option to accept a holiday for two to Hayman Island or $5,000 cash.  The Super Early Bird Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

If the Super Early Bird Prize winner elects to take the Holiday to Hayman Island, arrangements between Travel and Sports Australia and the Super Early Bird Prize winner will commence immediately. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months.

If the Super Early Bird Prize winner elects to take the $5,000 cash, a bank deposit will be made to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ representative.

EARLY BIRD PRIZE:

The Early Bird Prize winner will win 2 tickets to Coldplay at Wembley Arena in London in September 2025 plus a $15,000 travel voucher from Travel and Sports Australia to cover the cost of their flights and accommodation in London. Arrangements between Travel and Sports Australia and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to arrange travel to ensure the Grand Prize winner will arrive in London prior to the 8^th of September 2025. The two tickets to Coldplay in Wembley are for the 8^th of September 2025 and are classed as a Premium Ticket. The date of the concert cannot be changed.

The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated.

GRAND PRIZE:

The Grand Prize winner will have the option to accept a Holiday for 2 on a luxury cruise like the Ritz Carlton Alaskan Cruise, a Land Rover Defender 110X dynamic HSE Diesel Mild Hybrid or $130,000 in cash. The Grand Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decision.

If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the Land Rover Defender 110X dynamic HSE Diesel Mild Hybrid, arrangements between the Prize Supplier and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately to order and arrange delivery of the prize. Delivery of the vehicle could take over 12 months, depending on stock availability. The vehicle includes all on-road costs, excluding motor vehicle insurance.

Should the holiday be selected, arrangements between Travel and Sports Australia and the Grand Prize winner will commence immediately after the draw. A trip for 2 people on a Ritz Carlton Yacht, travelling to Alaska or a destination of your choice including business class airfares to the value of $140,000. The holiday prize option does not include travel insurance, spending money or any other expenses unless otherwise stated and must be booked within 3 months. All services are subject to availability at the time of purchase and are based on costs for low season travel for the chosen destination.

If the Grand Prize winner chooses to take the $130,000 cash, a bank deposit will be made to the ticket name holder. This will be received within a maximum of 20 business days after an identification check has been completed and verified by an Activ representative.

Only tickets purchased before midnight, Wednesday, 23 April 2025 are eligible for the Super Early Bird prize. Each ticket purchased before the Super Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Early Bird Prize and Grand Prize. The Super Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Early Bird and Grand Prizes.

Only tickets purchased before midnight, Wednesday, 28 May 2025 are eligible for the Early Bird prize.  Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird sales close is also eligible to win the Grand Prize.  The Early Bird Prize winning ticket is also eligible for the Grand Prize.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW: Friday, 27 June 2025

All tickets purchased before the final ticket sales close at midnight, Wednesday, 25 June 2025 are eligible to win the Grand Prize.

All winners will be published on activbetteroddslottery.com.au within 48 hours of all draws being completed.

Activ Club Weekly Prize Draws

The Activ Club Weekly Prize is a separate weekly draw that consists only of Activ Club Members with a valid monthly membership at the time of the draw.

Activ Club members in our monthly debit program will be in the draw to win $1,000 in cash in our weekly draws.
